Patricia Isabelle is the General Manager for Clinical Care Solutions (CCS) in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and was appointed to this position in late 2017. Patricia joined GE in August 2016 as the General Manager for Life Care Solutions (LCS) where she successfully improved business growth and operational outcomes for our customers.
Prior to GE, Patricia worked at Becton Dickinson (BD) for 21 years. During her time at BD, she held 11 different roles across four different business units in two different countries. Patricia has experience in the areas of Clinical Education, Sales, Key Account Management, Product Management, Marketing, Government Relations and Business Management. Patricia has been involved in global product launch teams and has led and participated on projects in such areas as patient safety, sales force effectiveness, diversity, organisational redesign and process improvement.
Patricia’s key responsibilities are leading the growth, expansion and strategic planning of our Clinical Care Solutions business in this region. Leading across all disciplines and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, Patricia is focused on delivering outcomes for shared business success.
Patricia started her career as a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was one of the first nurses to sit the Certified Diabetes Educator examination in Canada. Patricia is Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
