  • Recall basic anatomy of the brain and its appearance on CT images. 
  • Describe preparation procedures prior to imaging patients with suspected stroke.
  • Differentiate uses of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) from computed tomography angiography (CTA).
  • Identify issues in scanning patients for suspected stroke.
