This program discusses injury and pathological conditions that affect bones and joints and includes the uses of computed tomography (CT) for detection and characterization of anatomical structures and pathologic processes. A benefit analysis of imaging modalities, CT vs. magnetic resonance (MR) in particular, are included, as well as a review of current thought contained in imaging literature. An anatomical overview accompanies each section of the program.
